Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Nexus ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Nexus provides video editing, thumbnail design, content strategy, and growth services for creators and brands. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in individual project agreements or statements of work between Nexus and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content created by Nexus during a project is the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. Nexus retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and methods, will be outlined in individual project agreements. All invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional fees.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 15 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
